Midweek - various days | Samford Valley, QLD
The Farm School Educator plays a central role in delivering our children's education programs at the Farm. These programs include school excursions, early childhood sessions, and community education workshops.
In this role, you will lead and facilitate programs independently within our small team, bringing your knowledge, creativity, and passion for outdoor education to every session. You will also collaborate as part of a small, dedicated team, contributing to program planning, continuous improvement, and the overall learning experience at the farm.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident facilitating groups, comfortable working autonomously, and genuinely excited about connecting children and communities with nature and food systems.

This role is ideal for enthusiastic young people (14+ years) who are keen to gain practical experience in a real working market environment and learn about teamwork, farming systems, and community food systems.
