CODE OF CONDUCT 

Participants in any activities at Green Thumb Farm must:

• Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person (child or adult), regardless of their abilities, gender, sexuality, religion or cultural background;
• Not engage in swearing, sexually suggestive or racist comments/jokes, derogatory language, bullying, violent or aggressive behaviour;
• Conduct themselves in a manner safe to themselves and others;
• Not smoke, drink alcohol or use illicit or recreational drugs at Green Thumb Farm.
